health care eliminates health problemsProper Health Care Eliminates Health Problems

Without any doubts Health is the biggest treasure we have! I think nobody would argue this. So it doen’t need much talking in here. Health care is essential for everyone. Unfortunatelly there are loads of poor people who cannot afford to be healthy. That’s why I am involved in few charities and encourage you to do so. Together we can help them to deal with health problems. Of course don’t forget yourself! Love yourself and you will be loved by others ;) Just don’t become a freak by following this advice :D

Ok, let’s talk about health problems. Every single body is unique and we all have some health problems or issues. Mostly small ones and it doens’t mean we have to panic. It’s ok to be unique! I would say more – being unique is the true beauty of life. Just be aware of who you are and make small adjustments as needed. That’s my phylosophy on health matters and that’s why I am a big fan of remedies that work at home. Prevention is mother of good health! And Acitve lifestyle is the best doctor you will ever have!

My health care plan: do sports and excercises, choose quality health products and develop healthy eating habbits! Also get good regular sleep! Make this your daily routine and you will feel big difference some time later. You will also feel difference on your mental health which is the key to stability in life!

My Health Care formula: prevention + physical activity = healthy lifestyle

Sometimes the terms ‘dynamic’ and ‘static’ are used. ‘Dynamic’ exercises such as steady running, tend to produce a lowering of the diastolic blood pressure during exercise, due to the improved blood flow. Conversely, static exercise (such as weight-lifting) can cause the systolic pressure to rise significantly (during the exercise).

@medical social worker overview @waterbury First of all – thanks for the comments – it’s greatlly apreciated. Secondly – we need to educate people. I would teach people to make right choices instead of pushing my thoughts into their heads. You can’t babysit everyone so people must be self-conscious and be able to find helpful and impartial information sources. Do you agree?
